About Us Our owner brings 15 years of industry experience to our new restaurant. She got started in the industry by providing catering services and concessions throughout California at jazz and blues concerts and other private events. She started Marsol to provide the same food and service in one location; you can easily find us 1 block South of Shield and Moroa, between Old Fig Garden and North Tower District.
